Coachella is a music and arts festival that is held Empire Polo Club in Indio, California. A man by the name of Paul Tollett and Rick Van Santen founded it in 1999. It is an event that is attended by thousands of people. Many types of influencers go there, like musicians, YouTubers, and models. This year's Coachella was a 9-day event that began on April 14th through April 23rd. There are always different forms of music that are performed at Coachella, like rap, pop, rock, country, and many more. Some of the many performers that were at Coachella were Puerto Rican rapper Bad Bunny, South Korean girl group Blackpink, American singer Frank Ocean, and American rock band Blink-182.

Another one of the big parts of Coachella is its fashion and the outfits that performers and guests wear. The fashion choices and many styles have changed from year to year, as now people pick out their outfits from whatever is trending on social media. The most common look this year is summer outfits like baseball caps, tank tops, bikini tops, and button-downs. Back when Coachella first started, people would wear plain t-shirts and plain bathing suit tops. At the beginning of the 2010s, gauzy dresses and maxi skirts became popular, and along with that many women started to wear string bikinis paired with hats, fishnets, and belts. A few years later in 2014, many attendees chose to be risky with their clothing, as some wore crocheted and mesh materials and some wore no tops into the festival, leaving them exposed.

Then COVID hit, and Coachella had to shut down. It was shut down in 2020 and 2021 until 2022 rolled around and the festival finally returned. Now people wore oversized dresses, cowboy boots, and cow print outfits. This year, many people wore denim jackets and shorts. This year's attendance for Coachella was 125,000 people, it is considered the biggest crowd that Coachella has had in its 22 year history.

Throughout the years, Coachella has been a big event for people of all ages to attend, and it is considered the biggest party of the year. As time flies, there will be more legendary performances and more outrageous outfits throughout the event.
