A Guide to Incense

Incense is a very common method of relaxation and aromatherapy. The scent of the sticks can be used to calm your nerves and to lessen any possible tension in your house. Maybe you were in an argument with someone, stressed about a test, or even just having a bad day, incense can be used to rid that negative energy and thoughts from your mind. Different incense aromas can be beneficial for certain things. Below is a list of each benefit:
Cleansing (For those negative times):

Lighting up a scented candle along with incense can increase your relaxation or motivation. However, incense does produce a lot of smoke when burned, so please remember to be in a well ventilated area when using it.
