Benefits of Yoga

Yoga is definitely what’s beyond the mat, the benefits are endless! Some of the benefits include a better body image, a better mindset, and enhancing your fitness. For many people, yoga provides a retreat from their chaotic and busy lives. Doing yoga at least once a week can help you concentrate better on everyday tasks. If you're feeling stressed or maybe you just need a break there is yoga on Thursdays in the High School, and Junior Highschool.
